[Subgroup-health] Possible participation to side events on the IT-tools

Dear Dirk, Dear All,

Following the email written by Valérie on the reorganization of the sessions in the subgroup and the side-event on IT tools, please find attached a proposal for a possible presentation on MAS Gestion, a management tool developed by the ILO-STEP Africa program to support health MI in their daily technical management activities. 
If the side event is held and if you wish our contribution, we could possibly make a presentation on this software, apart from our participation to the Session on "Extending health insurance coverage to informal economy workers through linkages between microinsurance schemes and other institutions", with Christine Bockstal's presentation titled "Developing innovative health micro insurance schemes to reach social protection for all in Africa", which remains for us the priority.
