[Subgroup-health] Membership of CGAP Working Group on Microinsurance

Dear members of the Health sub-group

 

Many of yours are not members of the CGAP Working Group and are only subscribed on the mailing list of Health sub-group. This means that you only get the emails from that sub-group.

 

As you know, the CGAP Working Group on Microinsurance was set up in 2002. Its members are representatives from donor organisations, multilateral agencies, private insurance companies and other interested parties that are involved in the promotion and support of microinsurance in developing countries. From 16 members in 2002, the Group has grown to over 80 members in 2008, who meet once a year to discuss current issues and upcoming activities.

 

The Working Group will be slightly formalised over the coming months and everyone can decide again if they want to be members or not. But meanwhile let me know if you want to join so at least you get the general information.
