<DIV>Bonjour,<BR><BR>Oui cet outil est librement utilisable (tableur plan de financement prévisionnel d'une mutuelle). Ceci dit, il est cependant très spécifique d'un contexte donné (caractéristiques techniques des mutuelles pour lesquelles il est élaboré).<BR><BR>Certaines modifications peuvent et doivent y être apportées pour une utilisation dans d'autres contextes, mais dans certains cas il sera impossible de l'adapter et une refonte complète de cet outil est nécessaire. Les utilisateurs potentiels doivent en tenir compte. Cet outil (en tous cas celui élaboré en Afrique centrale) n'est pas ou n'est plus un outil généraliste mais un outil très spécifiquement adapté aux types de mutuelles que nous mettons en œuvre. <BR><BR>Il n'y a pas de mode d'emploi écrit et cela peut être difficile de comprendre l'utilisation de cet outil sans une aide appropriée. Je pense aussi que sa conception rend très difficile une adaptation par quelqu'un qui n'a pas participé à se conception ou qui ne maitriserait pas les formules Excel qui y sont employées. Il existe une multitude de liens internes entre les cellules et entre les différentes feuilles de calcul et toute erreur de manipulation peut entrainer une destruction de l'outil rendu ainsi inutilisable. La logique de calcul est également spécifique à ses créateurs et elle n'est pas expliquée.<BR><BR>Bernard<BR><BR><BR></DIV>
