[Microinsurancefocus] Update and final reminder: Global Survey on Insurance Education

You may recall that in mid July, the Working Group on Insurance 
Education of the Micro Insurance Network, in collaboration with the 
Microinsurance Innovation Facility, launched a *Global Survey on 
Insurance Education*. We are retuning to update you on the progress of 
the survey, as well as to give you a final chance to participate.
 
*In a nutshell, the online survey was/is a success.*  We had nearly a 
thousand responses (!) from 50+ countries, of which over 300 are 
complete responses.  This has been complemented with several case 
studies in India, and more recently some 50 (and counting) in-depth 
phone interviews with respondents from 25+ countries (conducted in 
English, French, Spanish, and several Indian languages). We're excited 
about this overwhelming response, and are hard at work to produce a 
comprehensive report on our findings.  A short preliminary summary is 
available (or will be very shortly) on the WG page

*Your last chance to participate:*  The survey

will be closed on 30 Sept 2009, and requests for new in-depth profiles 
on institutions will be accepted till this date.  These profiles will be
