Invitation to 

WORKSHOP ON PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR MICROINSURANCE 

Brussels, April 1st, 2009



ADA, BRS and GTZ, active members of the Microinsurance Network, are pleased to invite you to a one day workshop on Performance Indicators for Microinsurance. 

Over the last 4 years, more than  70 microinsurers from Asia, Africa and Latin America were trained in the importance, usage and insight of the key performance indicators that are defined for microinsurance. 
This upcoming course is intended to support organizations’ officers that are involved in the follow-up of microinsurance initiatives. Participants to the workshop will gain insight in the importance and analysis of the key performance indicators. Experiences from microinsurance users as well as tools to monitor and analyse the key performance indicators will be explained and shared. 

The workshop will be hosted by BRS at KBC , Havenlaan 2, 1000 Brussels on April 1st, 2009 from 9.30 a.m. till 5 p.m. Participation is free of charge. Travel to the venue and accommodation is at the
 participant’s own expense. Practical details will follow soon after subscription.
