[Microinsurancefocus] Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) introduces HIV/AIDS cover

An insurance scheme for the People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHA) was launched in India at Salem on Tuesday by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). The scheme was launched for the first time in the country, claimed Project Concern International (PCI), an NGO that works for the welfare of PLHA.
