Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
I am a student at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and currently
working on a project about Micro-Insurance in China. Our group is trying to
analyze the present market potential on the demand side as well as existing
and planned efforts on the supply side. In order to create a useful base for
future research and development, we are dependent on the help of on-site
organizations. Therefore, we wanted to ask you, whether you would be so kind
as to answer a few questions stated below. Your contribution would be a

- What target groups does your organization focus on? How many customers in
Chinese rural areas do you reach? Which distribution channels help you
interact with your clients? 
- What are possible reasons for the slow establishment of Micro-Insurance in
China?
- To what extent does your organization consider entering or contributing to
the development of the Micro-Insurance market in rural China in the future?
What criteria and prerequisites does this decision depend on? Which
opportunities and challenges could be relevant for your organization in
particular?
- Which existing partnerships in the field of Micro-Insurance does your
company foster? What objectives and activities do these collaborations
entail? 
- How do you ensure compliance within and sustainability of your
organization in order to maintain a trustworthy reputation?
